Dear Clients and Prospective Clients,

* If you filed an extension, business returns must be prepared and mailed by September 15,2010 while individuals and partnerships have until October 15,2010. Remember, an extension doesn't mean you won't owe taxes or interest. It just gives you more time compile your tax information and complete a return.

* Already filed your return? Now is the perfect time to generate tax planning ideas for you and/or your business. Proactive planning can make a tremendous difference in your tax bill come tax time.

On a more serious note: Many of our clients are feeling the impact of the slow economy, low interest rates and higher gas prices. We have been called upon to review and assist with details such as rolling over 401(k)s, settlement packages, tax estimates, budgeting, big purchase planning and offers of early retirement. Please let us know if your job or company is affected so that we can help you proactively plan for these life changes.

Linked to this page, you will find links to tax organizers, engagement letters, our end of year newsletter as well as the government pages to track your refund. As always, if you have and questions, feel free to call us.

Thank you for choosing us as your tax and accounting professional. We appreciate your trust, business and referrals. It is a pleasure working with all of you and we look forward to continuing to exceed your expectations.
